A personal trainer gets you results. You’ll get support and guidance along with a personalized fitness plan that helps you move towards your goals. You’ll have the motivation to reach those goals, too, and someone to encourage you along the way. We consider our personal training to be more like fitness coaching because we’re here every step of the way to get your body and health into the best condition possible. You’ll get the body you’ve always wanted.
This isn’t a diet–it’s a lifestyle. We don’t just focus on changing your eating habits. While our personalized trainers offer you a personalized nutrition plan, we also focus on sculpting and toning your body through fun, motivational exercises. Combining those two things help you get results. Failing those other diets wasn’t your fault; they weren’t complete fitness programs like ours. We have the knowledge and experience needed to get your body into shape as fast as possible.
Absolutely! That’s one of the most important parts of our personal training program. We eliminate the confusion about how to eat properly for the best results in the least amount of time. The right nutrition is essential to your fitness success.
Our personal trainers are experts in their field and we know that what we do for our clients gets results. The biggest factor is you! Are you really motivated to reach your goals? If you follow our personalized fitness and nutrition plans, you’ll get the results you’re looking for. There are no excuses like bad genetics, inaccessible gym or online access, or lack of time. We help you understand why other programs didn’t work and what the right program is for you based on your fitness goals. We’re fitness problem solvers and when you know what we do, losing weight becomes a simple process.
We offer affordable rates, and the small investment you make here will save you thousands on useless exercise equipment, diet products, and trips to the doctor. Get in touch with us for a free consultation and accurate pricing information.
If you stick with your fitness and nutrition plan, you’ll see progress in as little as a week. Results will vary depending on how frequently you meet with your personal trainer, but many of our clients see huge improvements in 4 to 8 weeks. How long it takes you to reach your ultimate goal will depend on how far you need to go to get there, but our team will work with you every step of the way.
No! Definitely not. Our personal trainers are actively working with you to help you meet your goals–and we’re not just personal trainers, we’re fitness coaches. We answer your questions, educate you on fitness, hold you accountable for your progress and motivate you to reach your goals. We help you overcome the confusion of the weight loss industry and actually get results. But our gym and your workout are yours. You work at your pace, we are there to help as you need.
Most of our in-studio clients meet with their personal trainer 2 to 3 times per week if they want to see progress quickly. We offer streaming workouts every day for those working with us online in addition to sessions via skype, FT, or zoom at home. How often you meet will depend on your goals and current fitness level.
They can be a great tool, but they aren’t a total fitness workout program like we offer. You could get cardio results, but you won’t get the other 2 major components of a results-getting fitness program. Also, our team can hold you accountable, no video can do that.
Not at all. We can help you develop a personalized fitness workout program that you can do at home and we will tell you exactly what you need for your home workouts and where to get everything.
If you’ve ever done hours of cardio and still not lost weight, you’ll know the answer is cardio isn’t necessarily the best. Too much cardio can drop your metabolism and cause you to gain weight. Cardio is an important part of your fitness program, but strength training will help you develop lean muscle which burns fat 24 hours a day.
